When Caleb Jackson quit his job at a farm machinery manufacturer, he set out to build the best wheelbarrow. He pioneered a new way of making the wheelbarrow tray – moving away from multiple sheets of steel and weld seams to one sheet of cold-formed steel formed on a press and die. Not only was this new manufacturing method more efficient, but it also proved to create a more durable wheelbarrow.

Since this early innovation, Jackson wheelbarrows have continued to evolve. Today’s models are available in lightweight poly, in addition to the original steel. An optional flat-free tire means less maintenance and more durability. To keep them sturdy no matter what they’re hauling, all Jackson wheelbarrows have a patented leg-stabilizer feature.
Jackson has also expanded its product line to include shovels, hoses and spades, all made with the same attention to detail and quality professional customers have come to expect from the company.
